Our Tiny Homes are built with 0,47mm coastal specification IBR sheets (15 year warrantee) with Marineflex shutter ply floors on a treated pine frame.
Standard nok height is 3,3m.
All external door & window frames are aluminium.
Walls are insulated with 202 double sided Sisalation and 100mm Isotherm. Ceilings are 30mm Isoboard.
Floor covering is high quality vinyl laminated.
Wall covering is 7mm PVC panelling.
Units come with built-in cupboards, sanitary ware, full electrical installation, including light fittings (COC included) and fully installed plumbing and sanitary ware (COC included).
Patio (treated pine) 1,5m deep x the width of the house.
